Filter Networks Incorporated Acquired
For Immediate Release - Tuesday, July 27, 2004 David J. Bernstein has announced the acquisition of the assets of Filter Networks Incorporated, which has been producing RFI Power Filters since 1979. Filter Networks Incorporated is now located in its new facility at 408 Coles Circle, Suite C, Salisbury, Maryland. Key manufacturing staff from the former company have been retained by Filter Networks, to assure continuity of service to customers and to the industry. Filter Networks Incorporated is a leading supplier of EMI/RFI line filters and surge protectors for the worldwide aviation/aerospace industry and industrial markets. Filter Networks' custom designed noise interference filters and power line entry filters allow for clear signal transmission to meet the needs of commercial, industrial and military customers. Filter Networks Inccorporated is owned by David J. Bernstein who serves as President and Chief Executive Officer.
